Nice place to stay overall. Positive: The hot tub was very nice and clean. Negative: It wasn’t as private as we had hoped with the above unit being able to see down if you’re using the hot tub.

Best stay we’ve ever had in Gatlingburg! Positive: We brought our food and had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook and serve supper each night. Pots, pans, serving bowls, mixing bowls, plates, utensils, paper towels, hand towel, dish detergent, ect. In the bathroom we had plenty of hand and bath towels, washcloths, hand soap, toilet paper and a hair dryer. Even a small set of shampoo and conditioner was supplied. It’s a nice apartment tucked away in the woods but still close to downtown. We had neighbors in the unit above us and beside us and only heard them if they were out back at the same time we were. There are curtains on every window and door inside for privacy. That was a nice addition. The hosts also made a great effort to ensure privacy on the back deck area, where the hot tubs are, as well. There are curtains hung to block other tenant’s views. The hot tub was exceptionally clean and hot! We stayed on the back deck most of the time taking in the natural beauty around us. We saw 2 little bear, lots of squirrels and a we heard and saw a woodpecker. The host reached out to us multiple, but not excessive, times to ensure we had everything we needed. Simple, easy to follow, instructions were sent to us regarding check in and check out. We appreciate the short list of “things to do before you leave”. Some places we’ve stayed in have sent an entire cleaning list to us and we’d spend the entire morning of checkout cleaning and stripping beds, this was not this case here. This was the best stay we’ve ever had in Gatlinburg. We will definitely return there. Thank you to the host for your hospitality and opening your home to us! PS- we didn’t take any photos for the review because we wanted to stay as disconnected as we could from our screens for the weekend.

Property was just as described. Perfect size for a couple. Location feels secluded however close enough to everything. Inside space was clean. With all the necessary amenties. Hot tube was cloudy and soapy. Cleaners were sent to do something to resolve it. However was still cloudy and musty. This certainly was not a deal breaker for us. We would certainky book again.
